Loved them but can’t find them anymore! Now nobody will get back to me about my latest purchase that hasn’t been sent out to me I’ve never had trouble like this from alternative pods so I’m still waiting to hear what’s going on

I’m not happy with my order. a certain flavor that I wanted was not in stock and you guys chose to send me the one you wanted me to have which I don’t want. I sent an email asking to swap it out with one that I would like, and you never replied back.
